Fantastic family holiday

A great big thank you to Branka and Boris for making our family so welcome from the moment we arrived until our time to go home. The kindness and hospitality shown by you really made our holiday special. A great house in a fantastic location with an unbelievable view over to the island of Brac and beyond that we will never forget.

Omis- ‘ Try it all or just relax’

We have just returned from an amazing two week holiday. From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had made a great dicision to book Branka’s and Boris’s beautiful home. Boris was there to great us and show us around the home and then we would see him in the garden occasionally in the mornings or would find gifts from his organic left on the table for us which were delicious. The house was immaculate and had everything that you could wish for, the linens were of very high quality and the beds very comfortable which made sleeping away from home easy. There is a local town ( Omis) about a ten minute drive away which has everything you need and if you enjoy hustle and bustle there is always plenty going on. However, if you( like us) want to get away from it all then the location of the house is perfect. It has the most wonderful views and the only sound that may disturb you is the summer sound of the crickets. We discovered many beautiful bays and beaches just at the bottom of the mountain,but the best day was when Boris took us on his boat for the day where we discovered hidden gems and enjoyed a home made lunch from Branka. I can honestly say that if you are thinking about renting the property think no more as you will have a wonderful holiday, like the sign as you enter Omis says’ try it all or just relax’ Thank you to Branka and Boris for allowing us to create and take away such special memories of the people we met, your home and your beautiful country. I’m sure that we will will be back again.

Stunning views, spotlessly clean, quiet

We have had a wonderful time. The property was just right for us- a little drive from nearest town Omis but worth it for the peace and beautiful views across the Adriatic to Brac. The balcony dining area is perfect for breakfast and dinner watching boats and sunsets. Our girls enjoyed the pool which was warm and also has views. Kitchen is very well equipped and lots of towels etc. Last but not least a big thank you to Boris for a fabulous day out which made our holiday.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Boris et Branka. La maison, impeccable et confortable, se situe dans un environnement très calme. La vue de la terrasse est extraordinaire... un véritable spectacle du matin au soir! Die Vermieter Branca & Boris sind so HERZLICHE Liebe Menschen . Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt . Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft wird hier Groß geschrieben . Am ersten Tag hat uns Boris alles gezeigt ( Strände , Parkmöglichkeiten , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , alles was man wissen sollte ) . So das wir ein tollen Start hatten & das hat sich den ganzen Urlaub so weiter gezogen . Der Ausblick , die Strände , Fluss Cetina …….. danke für diese wundervolle Zeit & danke auch von Charlie ( die Marmelade von Branća war sehr lecker ) . ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sehr schönes Haus in guter, sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir haben 2022 unseren Sommerurlaub hier verbracht und sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Unterhalb des Hauses schließt sich der Garten der Eigentümer an, aus dem Boris uns immer wieder mit frischen Trauben und Feigen versorgt hat - vielen Dank nochmal dafür :-) Von der Terrasse aus genießt man den Blick aufs Mittelmeer, bei allen Fragen hilft Boris sehr gern weiter. Vom Haus aus ist man mit dem Auto schnell in Omis. An unserem ersten vollen Tag vor Ort hat Boris sich Zeit genommen, mit uns nach Omis zu fahren und uns die Strände sowie einen gut sortierten Supermarkt zu zeigen. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen!

Das vorgefundene Ferienhaus inklusive Vermieter haben unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen! Das Ferienhaus ist in einem hervorragendem Zustand, es fehlt an nichts. Der Empfang durch Branca und Boris war sehr herzlich. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps rund und das Ferienobjekt und waren für alle Fragen offen. Außerdem versorgten sie uns mit frisch geernteten Köstlichkeiten aus ihrem Garten . Als Gäste kamen wir, als Freunde fuhren wir wieder nach Hause . Wunderschön

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus (das letzte in der Straße) mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Insbesondere möchten wir auch die Sauberkeit hervorheben - nicht selbstverständlich bei Ferienobjekten. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort und sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider gibt es fußläufig keinen Supermarkt, was kein Problem ist, wenn man ein Auto hat. Bei der Anfahrt muss man aufgrund der Beschaffenheit der Fahrbahn und der Enge vorsichtig sein. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Wir durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem schönen Haus von Branka und Boris verbringen. Der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschön. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden von den Beiden herzlich empfangen mit einem Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Leckereien. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, wir haben uns bei den herzlichen und liebevollen Vermietern, sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Sohn mochte Boris sehr :-)

Wir verbrachten im September 2019 zwei sehr erholsame Ferienwochen im Raum Omis. Zu unserem gelungenen Urlaub trug wesentlich unser Urlaubsdomizil bei - das von unseren Vermietern Branka und Boris liebevoll gestaltete Ferienhaus in Kovacici, dem kleinen Bergdorf oberhalb Celina. Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen uneingeschränkt anschließen und bestätigen, was bisher zu dieser Unterkunft geschrieben wurde: * das Haus mit Terrasse und Garten - zum Wohlfühlen, Abschalten und Entspannen * ruhige Ortslage - und trotzdem kurze Wege Richtung Strand oder nach Omis (ca. zehn Minuten Autofahrt) * sehr gute und gepflegte Ausstattung - es fehlt wirklich an nichts und alles sehr sauber! * tolle Aussicht - Sonnenuntergang inklusive! * gastfreundliche Vermieter - sehr herzlich und aufmerksam * und, und, und …. Erholung pur

So kann der Urlaub beginnen, ein sehr, sehr nettes Vermieterpaar, das uns bei Ankunft schon mit Erfrischungen und einer kleinen Vesper Willkommen hieß. Ein Haus, das an Sauberkeit nicht zu überbieten war, alles Tip Top, eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, der es an gar nichts fehlte. Danke an Branka und Boris, dass ihr uns einen so einen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht habt, sei es dadurch, dass Ihr zur Stelle ward, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten, das wir im Gemüsegarten ernten durften oder das Ihr für unser Kind extra Geburtstagskuchen vorbei gebracht habt. Schade, dass unsere Zeit zu kurz war um die angebotene Bootstour zu machen, vielleicht beim nächsten mal. Wir können Euch und euer Haus auf jeden Fall mit ruhigem und gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Einfach wunderbar

Das Haus liegt an phantastischer Panoramalage und sehr ruhig. Innen wie außen ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett, flexibel und zuvorkommend. Sie waren außerdem immer gut erreichbar, falls es einmal Fragen gab.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage!

Ein schönes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Brac. Ein überaus freundliches Vermieterpaar – Branka und Boris Gasparic, dass einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Herzlichen Dank für die reichhaltige Jause am Ankunftstag, die vielen Weintrauben aus dem eigenen Garten sowie den herrlichen Schnaps=100%Medizin und das Weichselkompott bei der Abreise sowie die Unterstützung seitens Boris bei unserem Problem mit der Autobatterie. Vielen Dank!! Wir kommen wieder!!

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem Komfort und Panoramablick. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Haus und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut bis ins Detail ausgestattet. Unser Vermieter war sehr gastfreundlich und hat einen unvergesslichen Bootsausflug mit uns unternommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besser geht's nicht...

Es ist nicht nur die abgeschiedene, aber dafür herrlich ruhige Lage mit einem fantastischen Meerblick, was den Reiz dieses freistehenden Hauses ausmacht, auch die moderne, ansprechende und liebevolle Einrichtung mit perfekter Ausstattung (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen, zwei Toiletten, große Kühl-Gefrierkombination,sämtliche deutsche TV-Programme) begeistert vom ersten Moment an. Die meiste Zeit verbringt man aber auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit diesem tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Insel Brac. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Gastgeber, die nur in den frühen Morgenstunden ihren geliebten Garten unterhalb des Hauses pflegen und manch frisch geerntetes Gemüse für die Gäste auf den Terrassentisch legen. Fünf Sterne sind für diese Unterkunft eigentlich zu wenig, aber es ist die höchst zu vergebende Zahl, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und möchten uns hiermit nochmals bei Branka und Boris für alles bedanken - ganz, ganz großes Kino ! Wunderschön gelegenes, äußerst gepflegtes und mit Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Super Lage mit 3 etagigem Gemüse- und Kräutergarten in dem wir uns bedienen durften. Toll eingerichtetes Häuschen, moderne Küche und Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick, Terrasse mit fantasischem Meerblick... Im Garten schöne Barbeque-Grillstelle, die wir fast täglich nutzten! Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich von unserem englischsprechenden und sehr gastfreundlichen Vermieter empfangen. Der Kühlschrank gut gefüllt mit allerlei landestypischen Leckereien! Es war einfach alles vorhanden: von der Alufolie über Gewürze bis zur Waschmaschine samt Waschpulver. Wir würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder dort verbringen. Entpannung pur! Wir sind mit dem Auto in Kroation gewesen, dieses brauch man auch zwingend um zum Ferienhaus (im Steindorf) hoch über dem Meer zu kommen.

Wir waren die ersten beiden Maiwochen im Haus von Boris und Branka und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Branka haben wir leider erst am letzten Tag kennengelernt, aber Boris war oft im Garten und hat uns mit frischem Salat und Gemüse versorgt. Ein wahrer Genuss! Auch der Ausflug mit seinem Holzboot bleibt unvergesslich. Das Haus ist super sauber und gepflegt. Es liegt ganz ruhig an einem Berghang mit schönem Blick aufs Meer und die Insel Brac. Die ganze Wohnung einschließlich der Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Bis nach Omis sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch Split und Makarska sind gut zu erreichen. Im Umland kann man schön wandern und auf dem Fluss Cetina Kayak- und Raftingtouren unternehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Individualität mag und trotzdem gerne schnell mittendrin ist, liegt mit diesem schönen Haus goldrichtig!

Tolle Lage, sehr sauberes Haus, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, kleiner Begrüßungssnack im Kühlschrank, Bootstour mit Boris dem Vermieter, gute Ausflugstipps, Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden es jederzeit empfehlen!
