Luxury villa Holiday Residence Lucić Omiš, with professional concierge service, is located just a few minutes drive from the historic town of Omiš, in the area of Stanići, right by the sea with beautiful pebble beaches suitable for children of all ages. It offers a heated pool (42 m2, depth 1.5 m) and a heated jacuzzi with a panoramic sea view. The villa is 150 m from the sea, 5 km from the center of Omiš, and 30 km from the center of Split.
This Dalmatian summer holiday rental villa is fully air-conditioned and provides Wi-Fi throughout the property. Built on a total area of 300 m2, the villa offers 300 m2 of living space spread over three floors. It consists of three apartments, but is rented only as a whole. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by internal stairs, while the first and second floors are connected by external stairs.
Holiday Residence Lucić Omiš offers luxurious accommodation for 8 people in four double air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with SAT TVs, 3 kitchens equipped with basic spices such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc., 3 living rooms, a heated pool, jacuzzi, and an outdoor barbecue.
There are three parking spaces available, and upon arrival, you will be greeted with a warm welcome and assisted with your luggage and accommodation. The welcome package includes chilled juices, still and sparkling water, Croatian beers, white wine, a bowl of fruit, and a sweet surprise for the children. Additionally, during your stay, you will enjoy a surprise dinner, either fish or meat, which we will prepare for you.
If you wish, we can purchase groceries in advance and deliver them to the villa. You only pay for the receipt amount, and the service is free of charge.
During your stay, you can fully relax and pamper yourself with our additional VIP services such as hiring a private chef, in-villa massage, organizing your time with various summer activities such as zip line, rafting on the river Cetina, quad safari, wine tasting, guided city tours, and other activities according to your wishes. To you, the concierge service is free of charge, while additional services are charged.
On the main terrace of the villa, there is a private heated pool with a panoramic sea view, surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a gas barbecue for preparing Mediterranean specialties. We are at your disposal at any time for any assistance needed with the preparation and handling of the barbecue.
From the terrace, you enter the ground floor of the villa, where there is an air-conditioned living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining room with SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a game room with table football and darts.
On the first floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds, private bathrooms with showers, and access to the terrace with a jacuzzi. On the second floor, there are two air-conditioned apartments with separate entrances, each with a kitchenette, living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a private bathroom with a shower.
