On 45 m² you will find two cosy bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with three single beds – as well as a modern living kitchen with TV/sofa bed for one person. Sat-TV, air conditioning and WiFi ensure the highest comfort. The apartment has a bathroom/WC with shower, a washing machine and a separate entrance.



The covered south terrace (30 m²) offers a fantastic sea view and invites you to have breakfast, dinner or relaxed sunbathing. Table, chairs, sun lounger and clothes horse are available. A paravan or plant pot separates the terrace from the neighbouring apartment, so you can enjoy your privacy. In addition, you have direct access to the garden with Mediterranean flora.



The holiday home is located just 60 m from the gravel and rocky beach. On-site, parking spaces, barbecue facilities, and outdoor showers are available. Small pets are welcome upon request.
