Grandios!

Wir waren vom 06.07-12.07.2019 hier untergebracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen mit ein paar Stücken erfrischender Melone. Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung sowie die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war für uns der eigene Zugang zum Strand (Steinstrand), welcher ausschließlich von Gästen der umliegenden Apartments genutzt wird und damit nicht überlaufen ist. Diesen erreicht man über ca. 200 Treppenstufen nach unten. Im oberen Drittel des Abstiegs befindet sich eine Dusche, die sowohl für den Abstieg als auch für den Aufstieg sehr praktisch ist. Am Strand gibt es eine kleine Strandbar, ein paar Liegen und genug Platz für die eigenen Strandsachen. Die Ausstattung des Mobilars war völlig ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Wir haben täglich auf dem Balkon mit wunderschönen Ausblick gegessen. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut! Ein weiterer Vorteil war unser eigener Parkplatz, welcher uns das Gesuche erspart hat. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr vielfältig. Man kann nach Omîs fahren und sich die Stadt ansehen, Rafting oder eine Bootstour machen. Für die mutigen gibt es Zipline zwischen den Felsen. Bei weniger gutem Wetter kann man noch bisschen weiter nach Split fahren. Von dort aus gibt es auch einige Bootstouren. Oder aber man fährt Richtung Makarska. Eine schöne Stadt und von dort aus kann man zum Beispiel mit einer Autofähre auf die Insel Brac. Nach Dubrovnik haben wir es leider nicht geschafft. Davon wurde uns jedoch in der Saison sowieso abgeraten, aufgrund der Menschenmassen. Genauso herzlich wie wir begrüßt wurden, wurden wir auch wieder verabschiedet. Fazit: Sehr gutes Preis–Leistungsverhältnis. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Zweckmäßige Wohnung,sehr sauber,sehr nette Vermieter und ein traumhafter Blick aufs meer

Wir waren sehr überrascht für den günstigen Preis so eine saubere und zweckmäßige Wohnung vorzufinden. Vermieter sind sehr sehr nette Leute und der Blick aufs Meer war der Wahnsinn. Sehr ruhige Lage ,nachts hört Man nur die Wellen was sehr beruhigend ist. In allem kann ich dieses Domizile sehr empfehlen. Lage ist sehr zentral. Bis Split sind es nur 30 km. Bis omis 2 km und andere Richtung ist Makarska nur 20 km entfernt. Freizeitaktivitäten sind eine Menge vorhanden. Von Rafting. über Wander bis zum schwimmen im Meer. Kurz und knapp die Unterkunft bekommt von uns volle Punktzahl. Es war ein Sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Das Apartement war zweckmäßig, sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Und Paulette, die Besitzerin, ist supernett. Wahnsinn war der Ausblick auf die Adria und die Insel Brac in der Ferne - besonders bei Vollmond!

Vue imprenable et reposante

La maison comporte deux appartements (pour l'instant) et nous avons occupé celui du haut, idéal pour deux personnes. L'équipement est suffisant, bonne literie, excellent Wifi (pour notre appartement) et pas de souci pour le parking. De plus l'accès à la mer a été un plaisir (loin de l'entassement et des plages bondées) Paulette a été à l'écoute de nos demandes et a su nous assurer un bon séjour. Nombreuses activités possibles et l'arrière-pays est magnifique (à pied ou à vélo). Stanici est bien situé pour visiter la Croatie

Nous avons séjourné 4 jou...

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours à Stanici à la fin de nos vacances en Croatie pour découvrir Split et ses environs. Notre séjour chez Paulette a été beaucoup trop court et nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu profiter plus longuement de cet agréable appartement avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié les repas pris sur le balcon et l'accès direct à la crique pour la baignade.Un grand merci à Paulette pour son accueil chaleureux, pour ses excellents gâteaux.Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir à de prochaines vacances. "L''endroit est magique. Nous nous sommes endormis et réveillés au son du ressac. La vue est imprenable, et nous avions l''impression d''être "sur" la mer. Il n''y a pas tant de marches, je les ai comptées: 193! Et cela ne nous a pas été un problème. La petite crique est pratiquement déserte. Nous n''avons jamais été plus de 4 familles à nous la partager. Le rapport qualité prix est optimal. Un dernier mot pour notre très charmante logeuse et ses sublimes tartes et confitures! "

"Location superbe avec un accueil des plus sympathiques : Paulette et Jakov, son fils de 22 ans, sont tous les 2 francophones et sont d''excellents guides et conseillers ! Jakov travaille dans le tourisme et se propose d''organiser visites, rafting... L''appartement est simple mais très fonctionnel, avec une petite terrasse comme sur la photo de l''annonce : vue sur la mer, et presque toujours à l''ombre pour les repas ! Et cerise sur le gateau : il suffit de descendre 200 marches d''escaliers (ça parait beaucoup mais on y est vite et ça vaut le coup !) pour arriver sur une petite plage de galets quasi privée ! (uniquement accessible par les propriétés privées du voisinage) Tranquilité garantie à toute heure. Location vivement recommandée !"

L''appartement a une vue magnifique sur la mer; la plage est tranquille et les promenades en bord de mer agréables. La propriétaire, Paulette, est très accueillante, nous a fait goûter ses gâteaux, et découvrir la Croatie autrement que par le Guide du Routard, à travers ses connaissances et ses anecdotes. "La location est très pro...

"La location est très propre, au calme avec le bruit des vagues et des cigales toute la journée ! La vue est imprenable mais les 250 marches pour allez à la plage c'est pas drôle à la longue ! Mme V. est très très gentille, elle cuisine très bien et vous fera goûter ses plats. Pour l'équipement il faudrait un micro-ondes ou un four car il n'y en a pas, mais on s'y fait. En résumé c'est un très bon endroit de dépaysement total où l'on se sent bien."
