“Omaha Omaha!” This charming house was built in 1912 and has been well preserved over the past century. Smack dab in Little Italy this place is bursting with character! Original hardware on the doors even have holes for skeleton keys. The main theme is a jazzy French motif. With four bedrooms this house is sure to host larger groups comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. But if you want to eat out, proximity to downtown is impeccable and ride sharing is VERY affordable.

Payton's Place in Little Italy is THE place to stay in Omaha!

This property was quite a bargain! Four bedrooms, lots of living space, and a basement with a pool table!! All for less than the price of a good hotel room!!! And there is a wonderful park just a block away. Our host was very responsive. The entire visit was quite a delight. The College World Series was a ten-minute drive away. A wonderful steakhouse was within walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome place to stay.

I had a great experience renting this house! Any questions or concerns I had were answered very quickly. The house was amazing and in a good spot to get to different places in Omaha. I would definitely come back to this property again.
