While public transportation is available nearby (the nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk on 13th), we recommend renting a car or using Uber/Lyft for the best exploration of Omaha. As mentioned, the Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens are within walking distance and we provide a kids wagon to use during your stay!

The entire house as well as the backyard is yours to enjoy! Driveway parking available for up to two cars.

No smoking is allowed in the home or near windows and doorways.

PET POLICY:
We allow up to 2 well-behaved pets. Please provide descriptions when booking. Pet fee will be added after booking confirmation.

$10/day/pet capped at $140/pet. Please do reach out to us before booking for longer stays so we can manually adjust the pet fee.

- We love our furry friends, but we kindly ask that pets remain off our bedding. If your pets usually sleep with you, please do bring your own linens. We do charge for excessive pet hair on our linens.
- Please pick up after your pets.
- Any additional cleaning or damages caused by pets will be assessed as needed.
- Unapproved pets will be assessed an automatic $250 fee each, as well as any costs for any additional cleaning required.
