A historic 1,200 square foot loft in the heart of the Old Market

This historic, 1,200 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and walk-in closet.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The living room space features ample seating, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay! One room has windows by the alley, and my teenage son heard trash noises in the middle of the night but wasn’t bothersome. The place is beautiful and wish we could’ve stayed more than one night. Great location! We had breakfast at Table Coffee, just outside the entrance to the building. Bonus: walked to the park for the 75th Anniversary celebration of the College World Series of baseball, where they had great cover bands performing, and fireworks. We will be back!

Nice place, noisy surroundings

Nice cute place centrally located. We could walk to several restaurants and bars. Parking was ample and easily accessed. We could have used another chair in the living room area and maybe a nightstand or two in the bedroom with the window. Also some curtains because the shades were quite see through to the neighbors in the building next door. The noise from the alley below was really bad. Trash removal was there bright and early at 445 am and then again at 6 am Saturday Morning. There were many people screaming at each other And even a fight on Saturday night. Wish we would have known the properly faced the noisy alley; we might have chosen another Loft in this really cute, nice building. We had to wash lipstick off several glasses and the WiFi was poor. We had to use our own hotspots from our phones and the Rolu on the TV never loaded a channel due to the poor WiFi
