Enjoy two heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center, on-site access to restaurants, shopping, a fantastic spa and golf course; cast a line or bike along the Truckee River minutes away; ski-in/ski-out, cross-country tracks, free shuttle to nearby Palisades Village Trey's is a roomy fireplace suite with a full bathroom, stocked kitchenette, and separate bedroom with a king bed and desk. Living room/fireplace area has a comfortable furniture, sofa sleeper queen, kitchen table for 4. Easy check-in at the 24-hour Everline® front desk with hotel-key access. Check bags with the valet and enjoy the resort before 4pm check-in and after 10am checkout. Daily parking fees of $35 for self-parking or $65 valet are not included, charged by and paid to The Everline Resort & Spa® upon check out. Our individually owned and managed suite is being rented to you directly from the owner and is not associated with the official rental program from Everline Resort & Spa®. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or excessive cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, walls, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees to cover the damage. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, property manager has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee. NO smoking, vaping, or pets of any kind are allowed in our condotel. If any sign of smoking, vaping or pets is discovered, Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $425 cleaning fee.
