Private: natural state property 500 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). 500 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bar 10 km, bakery 10 km, bus stop 4.2 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.
"Erikstorp 149", 4-room house 150 m2. Object suitable for 8 adults. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. Very beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. Freezer approx. 100 l. Only allowed to use the owners wood for the fireplace.
