Il manque un kit vaisselle il faudrait un minimun pour lave vaisselle lave linge.Les locataires dessus pas très cool .Bruyant bruit de pas du logement du dessus.Il serait bien de matérialiser la place de stationnement. Des ampoules grillées.rideau de douche a changerPour le contact avec la conciergerie que par mail ou tel.

L'appartamento è abbastanza spazioso, visto anche l' ampia veranda ottima per i pasti. Cucina con grande frigo e frizer, ben fornito di stoviglie, pezze da cucina mancano. Avendo piastra in vetroceramica bisogna stare attenti ad usare anche il forno perché può saltare la corrente elettrica se si accende altro (microonde o condizionatore). Cosa che a noi è successa e fortunatamente gli abitanti del piano di sopra ci hanno supportato in quanto abitano lì. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
