Annonce locative et réalité

Bonne situation géographique, mais prestations et photos de l’annonce ne correspond pas vraiment à la réalité-Location en RDC, la terrasse couverte en hauteur fait partie de la résidence du dessus-Pas d’accueil à l’arrivée et personne lors du départ-Dénivelé d’entrée trop important pour un véhicule bas car le bas-de-caisse frotte-Promiscuité, car va-et-vient devant votre terrasse par les locataires d’à côté-La photo de l’espace jardin est en fait un parking, vous avez la vue sur les véhicules depuis votre terrasse-Odeur de renfermé qui nécessite une aération quotidienne (2 désodorisants toilettes trouvés dans les placards de cuisine)-Quartier calme OK, mais pas de dispositif de sécurité spécifique au quartier comme annoncé. Encore moins de la location, car la baie vitrée ne se verrouille plus et n’importe qui peut entrer. Fermer le volet pour avoir un minimum de sécurité, raison invoquée, ça coute cher de faire réparer-Paragraphe «A propos de cet hébergement» vous avez «une grande terrasse couverte équipée de son salon de jardin & barbecue»En arrivant, le règlement intérieur vous interdit les barbecues, planchas ou tout autre appareil, en intérieur et extérieur. Grande déception car grillades impossibles durant nos 3 semaines de congés-La dernière semaine, sans être prévenu, travaux de marteau piqueur dans une maison jouxtant la locationAvec ces inconvénients et désagréments, nous ne sommes pas satisfaits de cette location.
