The rent includes electricity till 85 kwh/week and water til 10 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay).
Between October till May the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas are to pay completely extra.
The Space:
Holiday villa close to the beach with private pool. A very well equipped and modern house.
Heating in winter about the warm-cold air-condition.
A barbecue and 4 sun-beds are available for the tenants. Internet per wifi .
All rooms are at ground level. There is a living-dining room (with air conditioning) with an open kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.
Very nice garden with lawn, pool about 8 x 4 m x 1,70 m deep. Wonderful barbecue place in front of the pool.
