Lovely location but!

There are few guests this time of year so that makes it more difficult to get service. The room coffee machine did not work and although said they would replace it, they didn’t. We had pipe water hammer every so often, suspect it was from the heating system, but no support from staff to look into it, the noise would continue to wake us up at night.

A beautiful, quiet spot to get away.

We really enjoyed our long weekend staying in the motel on the property. The walking paths, scenery and wildlife were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site had great dining and all the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Ice machine was broken, very loud rooms. We were unable to sleep and had to leave day early to catch some sleep at home. Will never come back and will not recommend. Refunfd would be appropriate.
