Der erste Eindruck war erschreckend und ich dachte ich hab mich verlaufen. Die Rezeption ist in einem Büro welches ich hoffe im Moment in der Renovierungsphase ist. Meine Reservierung wurde anfangs nicht gefunden welches den Unprofessionellen Eindruck gestärkt hat. Ich hatte ein Apartment erwartet was einem modernen Standort entspricht. Leider erfüllte dies nicht meinen Ansprüchen. Es waren viele Sachen die insgesamt einen schlechten Eindruck vermitteln. Beispielsweise war die Dusche schlecht beleuchtet, die Wasseranschlüsse sind Verkehr herum angeschlossen, Am Bett waren keine Steckdosen zum laden vom Handy usw. Bei knapp 100€ pro Nacht erwarte ich mehr. Kein Luxus Apartment, aber ein solide und sorgfältig eingerichtetes Apartment. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen...

Das Treppenhaus stand Tag und Nacht von außen zugänglich. Als wir ankamen, war niemand vor Ort. Die Telefonnummer, die an der Eingangstür des unter dem Apartment gelegenen Ladens zur Kontaktaufnahme angegeben war, war nicht vergeben. Diese Nummer wurde uns auch von Expedia mitgeteilt und war nicht erreichbar. Nach Kontaktaufnahme über eine zweite Nummer kam nach 10 Minuten eine Angestellte, die den Schlüssel übergab. Die Tür zum Treppenhaus, was doch eher heruntergekommen war, stand auf und war auch nachts frei zugänglich. Die Tür zum Apartment war nur angelehnt. Das Apartment inklusiv Bad war, trotz voll aufgedrehter Heizung , kalt. Das Apartment ist einfach eingerichtet, die Tapeten lösten sich überall von der Wand. Nachts war es wegen Verkehrslärms sehr laut. Auch zwei Männer, die sich in der Nachbarwohnung unterhielten, waren bis zwei Uhr sehr gut zu hören. Die Dusche war nicht einmal für einen Duschvorgang heiß, das Wasser des Waschbeckens floss nicht ab, das Fenster im Bad war nur durch eine mehrfach unterbrochene Transparentfolie abgeklebt. Die Bettwäsche aus Synthetik war sehr kalt. Aus den genannten Gründen haben wir die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht ( obwohl zwei gebucht waren ) verlassen und uns ein anderes Zimmer gesucht. Wir würden das Apartment kein zweites Mal buchen und empfehlen es nicht!

etwas merkwürdig, aber sauber

Wir hatten die Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern. Die Fotos sind schon sehr selektiv aufgenommen. Es handelt sich um einen Altbau (60er?), in dem neue Fenster, Böden und Möbel sind. Die Möbel sind eher pompös und passen auch rein platzmäßig schlecht in die Wohnung. Das Bett im größten Schlafzimmer war extrem weich, nicht jedermanns Sache. Sauber war es auf jeden Fall. Und die Dusche war warm, trotz Etagenheizung, die nicht richtig gut geheizt hat. Störend: - die beiden größeren Schlafzimmer haben gemeinsame Fensterfront und Fensterbank, d.h. es fehlt ein Stück Wand - Verkehrslärm von der Hauptstraße - Im Bad stinkt es nach Abwasserrohr (Entlüftungsproblem?). - Lüften je nach Wind schwierig, weil der Grill / Schnellrestaurant in der Nachbarschaft stark riecht. Laut Beschreibung ist Einchecken nur bis 19 Uhr möglich und man soll vorher eine Handynummer anrufen. Die ist aber kaum erreichbar, d.h. Anrufe werden nicht angenommen, SMS nicht beachtet oder beantwortet. Tatsächlich checkt man während der Öffnungszeiten in einem Laden (für Brautmoden?) unten ein. Falls wir vor Offnungszeit abfahren wollten, sollten wir den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten werfen. Nachdem 20 Minuten nach morgendlicher Öffnungszeit noch niemand da war, haben wir den Schlüssel in den unverschlossenen Briefkasten geworfen. Wohl haben wir uns dabei nicht gefühlt.
