Super renovierte Altbauwohnung mit charme in super Lage

Das Objekt ist eine super renovierte Altbauwohnung, fussläufig zur Kneipenszene in der Wallstrasse in Oldenburg. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super problemlos, der Check-In/-Out war total unkompliziert und die Zusatzinformation die bereitgestellt wurden waren hervorragend. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Zentral gelegen, mit Vor- und Nachteilen

Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig und an sich sehr gut am Rand der Innenstadt gelegen, mit Blick auf den Park der ehemaligen Wallanlage. Damit ist man in einem lebendigen Bereich und zentrale Orte sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings ist es durch nahegelegen Restaurants/Bars und die Umfahrungsstraße der Innenstadt abends, auch unter der Woche während unseres Aufenthalts sehr laut gewesen.

Wochenende in der City von Oldenburg

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum. Ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Umgebung wird direkt mit gebucht, was sehr gut ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die zwei Badezimmer sind neu, die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Wenn wir wieder nach Oldenburg fahren, werden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Perfekte Lage, tolle Wohnung!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, und hat es in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer sind gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Von der Wohnung aus kann man die Omdenburger Coty sehr gut erkunden, die Lage ist unschlagbar!! Dem Gastgeber gelang es, auf individuelle Wünsche einzugehen. Dafür noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön!

Entspanntes Wochensende in schöner Umgebung

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles da , was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Geschäfte und Gastronomie in direkter Umgebung. Parkplatz im Parkhaus vorhanden. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Martin
