Captain Tooker's estate was built in 1890 and this barn has been updated to a 3 bedroom spacious and airy home with a pool and patio for family enjoyment. This home is 1 block from the Saybrook Point Inn and the Connecticut River. Enjoy all that Saybrook Point and Old Saybrook has to offer while enjoying this beautiful home with huge family room.
