Property manager was awesome we had a great stay and my granddaughter left her phone there I message Alex who immediately responded and made arrangements for us to get it back. Place was clean well equipped and close to everything would definitely stay here again

This place was great for our family with 2 teens. They each got their own rooms (with another room to spare!), but there was enough seating in the living room for us to unwind together in the evenings. Older home, but very clean and not cluttered. Good wifi and AC units in each room kept it comfortable. Check-in was easy with a code on the door. Great location. We would return!

We've been visiting OOB for 15 years and have finally found the perfect place for our family, including our pups. Plenty of space and incredibly clean and inviting! It's an easy walk to the beach and pier and close to the Dollar General for all the things you forgot to pack :)We will definitely be booking again!

The home is spacious, however upon entry there is a smell. The place was not clean, hairballs and the smell of cigarettes is strong. A large party arrived at midnight to the top floor. There is no outdoor space besides the end of the drive way but with the van in the driveway from the upstairs guest, that was gone. The cooking tools were dirty, we went to family dollar to buy our own. There is a soft hole in the entry hall way that we tripped on numerous times. All the blinds have holes. We left after one night. Host was responsive but when we declined having the cleaners come back or the ozone machine - which would have required us out of the house all day including pets, with no where to go. they got defensive. Overall not as described, not clean and not the hosts that want to make your stay great! Just want your money- beware!

Fine for what we needed but wouldn't stay again

Firstly, the property was exactly what we needed. A group of friends getting together using it as a place of rest in between going to the beach, Portland, and various outings. If you just need somewhere to sleep and occasionally cook a meal, this place really is great! My issues came in a few areas. 1) The property was not that clean. It was clean enough for a group of guys in their late 20s/early 30s but the mouse poop found in the silverware drawer and various corners of the rental was not ideal. 2) The managers of the property were not very communicative. I didn't need much from them besides asking about the exact address of the property and they responded by telling me that they did not allow parties. I did not imply that we were throwing a party and to be accused of something I wasn't ever going to do was annoying. They also never answered my question about the address so I didn't bother sending them any more questions because they didn't seem like they would be helpful. 3) the listing was misleading. From what I could tell, there were 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and a fold out cot. Even if 2 people were in each queen, that's still only 8 places to sleep unless you want to cram 2 people in to a full bed and have someone sleep on the couch. Also, the listing is titled "spacious" which could not be further from the truth. I don't mind small spaces but it was absolutely not spacious. Parking was also confusing so we all just parked on the street which was fine.

Great location

The property was located in an amazing spot, just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Although the property could use a little TLC, they had nice beds, it was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend away.
