My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and made the best of it. The location was perfect. A 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 to the shops and pier. This property had its good points. A nice sitting area outside with chairs and a fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The living room was comfortable with a deluxe futon and great wifi TV/ wifi connection. The bathroom okay however shower . The shower head was so wide, it did not allow any room for lathering body or shampooing hair. All of this being said. The smell was what was the deal breaker! It said no smoking, but wrecked of old stale smoke. Would I stay again? Probably not unless price was less.

Pictures do not always show the truth. The floors were sticky, the space smelled like a combination of too much cleanser and old cigarette smoke. The countertops were dirty, there was no place to hang our clothes. The only storage compartment provided in the bedroom was full of sheets and blankets, with no place to put them if you wanted to use the storage. Lights on the porch And the front door which abutted the apartment glowed into the apartment at night time and window coverings were inadequate. Old dishes, old silverware, expired coffee, junkie outdoor furniture, certainly not worth what we had to pay. It was so difficult to get comfortable and watch tv on the futon. It’s a shame that the owners didn’t think to make the place more comfortable. Nice to be near the ocean, but it should be a comfortable, livable space. No apologies from the management, they couldn’t care less that we were so uncomfortable that we moved out And there’s no way of getting any money back. We have had such good luck with other rentals, this was a huge disappointment.
