Villa li tarri rui is located a few km from the charming village of San Pantaleo, a rapidly expanding tourist destination populated by artists. The Villa develops on two levels. On the upper floor there is a large kitchen equipped with a 90 cm oven, two refrigerators, dishwasher, pantry and a service bathroom. The large room has access to the terrace through a very large sliding door which makes the environment bright. The sleeping area on the upper floor consists of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed. On the lower floor there is a second kitchen with fridge and dishwasher and a large room with independent access. The sleeping area on the lower floor consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double bedroom with external bathroom, the latter featuring a bathtub; a laundry room completes the lower floor. The large private swimming pool will allow you to relax surrounded by nature. The property is equipped with TV, wifi and bbq.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets.
