Villa li Pinnitacci stands on a hill halfway between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. A few minutes drive from the charming village of San Pantaleo and the Rena Bianca beach. The property is spread over one level and consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a study with a double sofa bed and a bathroom. A third double bedroom is the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and a large wardrobe. The large and well-equipped kitchen has a central island and is equipped with a large two-door refrigerator, gas burners, two ovens, two sinks and many appliances. The kitchen is adjacent to a large pantry-laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. The lounge is large and bright thanks to the sliding windows that allow access to the veranda, furnished with lounge and dining area, and to the private swimming pool. The whole property is fenced. The property is equipped with air conditioning in every room, projector, wi-fi and covered parking for two cars.
