At 6km from Olbia airport, near Costa Smeralda, Costa Corallina, our apartment is located on a beautiful beach of Sardinia, with crystal clear and changing waters. Ideal location for holidays, zen, sports, discovery nature in a word unforgettable.
In a beautiful private park, with trees and flowers, the corner apartment is composed of two large terraces one with panoramic sea view and the mysterious island of Tavolara and the other view of the park and the hill two Spacious rooms with direct access to the back terrace, two bathrooms, large living room, with sliding door and completely retractable, giving access to the terrace sea view, very well equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned apartment. Private garage.

Garage: located just below the apartment and comprising at your disposal, deckchairs and beach games.
On returning from the beach you can use the outdoor showers located at the entrance of the small complex.
You can also stroll or rest (bench, table) in the beautifully ornate park of the complex.
The building consists of 2 apartments, our is on the 1st floor.

Wunderschöne, hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung! Sie ist sehr gut ausgestettet und ebenso sauber.Das absolute Highlight ist die Loggia mit Meerblick die über die große Schiebetüranlage zum Teil des Wohnraums wird. Die super Außenküche haben wir oft und gerne genutzt.Wir haben unserern zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt mit der Familie sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Alles, was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, und die Umgebung ist perfekt für Familien. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders die Kinder haben den Aufenthalt genossen, da es viele Aktivitäten in der Nähe gab. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Supertolle Ferienwohnung in einmaliger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung kann man nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht hat uns jeden Tag große Freude bereitet. Der Zugang zum Meer und zum feinsandigen Strand ist völlig problemlos. Die Wasserqualität ist bestens. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Vermieter sowie die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr flexibel und freundlich. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Comodo e con vista bellissima e rilassante- ambiente un pò rumoroso

L'appartamento è comodo e risponde perfettamente alla descrizione, va bene per 4 persone, e supercomodo per due. Terrazza bellissima . La spiaggia è a 12-15 minuti a piedi (sconsigliato andare in auto, mancanza di parcheggio e multe dei vigili) e molto comoda e sabbiosa. Ovviamente molte altre spiaggie bellissime nei dintorni, raggiungibili in auto. Comode le docce esterne al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Negozi raggiungibili solo in auto. Negli ultimi 15 gg di giugno gli appartamenti vicini erano poco occupati, quindi poco rumore (a parte il chiasso serale proveniente da un paio di appartamenti della fila più indietro), ma da tener conto che vi sono appartamenti sotto, a fianco e sopra, quindi la tranquillità la sera e la mattina dipenderà dall'educazione dei vicini!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das tägliche sitzen auf der Terrasse und der tolle Blick auf Tavolara war immer wieder ein Highlight. Man konnte zu Fuß zum Strand und bei Bedarf war man auch immer mit dem Auto bei anderen tollen Stränden. Als Ausgangspunkt somit ideal. Die Ruhe in der Anlage sorgte für echte Entspannung. Vor Ort gute Restaurants. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Saubere und maritim eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Highlight ist der großzügige Balkon mit Blick auf Tavolara. Der schöne Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. In der Hauptferienzeit etwas voll. Weitere schöne Strände in der Gegend sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Appartamento molto bello e comodo, ma prezzo un pò elevato per la posizione

Siamo stati molto bene, nell'ultima settimana di giugno 2022. L'appartamento è molto ampio, comodo, arieggiato , con garage capiente, dotato veramente di tutte le comodità e corrisponde alla descrizione. Qualche riserva su configurazione, posizione e prezzo. L'appartamento è situato in un complesso multi appartamento di 2 piani + mansarde, è situato al primopiano, quindi al piano di sotto vi è un altro appartamento (il cui giardino è sottostante la terrazza dell'appartamento in questione) ed al piano di sopra vi è una stanza/mansarda che sembra appartenere all'appartamento.... a fianco(!). Noi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di rumori, essendo in questa settimana non abitati sia quello di sotto che di sopra, ma è da capire quanto in alta stagione le voci e i rumori degli altri appartamenti possano dare problema. Il complesso è situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (non grande ma carina, in questo periodo non ancora affollata) , ma se si va presto ( prima delle 8) si trova posto per parcheggiare l'auto. Per muoversi e comprare qualsiasi cosa l'auto è necessaria, perchè i negozi di Murta Maria distano circa 3 km . Tenendo conto di ciò il prezzo ci è sembrato un pò alto.

Tranquillità e Natura

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane immersi nella Natura di Porto Istana. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, arredato e organizzato. L'accoglienza ottima. Adatto a chi ama stare lontano dalla confusione, ma necessaria la macchina o uno scooter per spostarsi. La spiaggia non è lontana e molto bella, magari da evitare in agosto trovando spiagge alternative meno frequentate. La vista è spettacolare.

Appartamento bello, confortevole e pulito. Vista stupenda dalla terrazza. L'unico difetto sono i materassi dei letti matrimoniali, probabilmente sono da cambiare. Tutto il resto perfetto.
