Set in the peaceful light of Gallura, Casa La Petit is an intimate and elegant retreat just minutes from the heart of San Pantaleo, one of the most authentic and charming villages on the Costa Smeralda. Here, time slows down, the light is gentle, and every detail invites you to experience Sardinia in a refined, essential way.



Casa La Petit, about 50 m², has been recently completed with a clean, contemporary design. Natural materials, neutral tones, and careful attention to detail create a relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere. The space includes a living room with a small open kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom, designed to welcome up to two guests in total comfort. A practical laundry area completes the interior.



Outside, a private covered terrace becomes the heart of the home: the perfect place for a quiet breakfast, a shaded afternoon, or an aperitif at sunset, surrounded by the silence of the countryside and the scents of the Mediterranean maquis.



A new infinity pool (shared with the owner couple) overlooks the granite peaks of San Pantaleo, offering wide views and breathtaking sunsets. This space is made for pure relaxation, where water, stone, and light blend in harmony with the landscape. Two comfortable sun loungers in the sunbathing area and two more under the covered pergola.
