Ideal apartment for spending holidays immersed in nature and at the same time close to the sea. There is a TV and washing machine. The beach is approximately 800 meters away and therefore can be reached on foot, but for those who wish to go there by car you can do so because the apartment has the possibility of free parking 200 meters from the First Beach of Porto Istana. Essential services are provided by nearby Murta Maria. Given its location, the apartment is also suitable as a starting point for viewing the entire eastern coast of Sardinia from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro / Budoni.
