INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Caletta 10 is located on one level: the entrance leads to the living room and the small kitchenette equipped with cooktop and fridge/freezer. The living area includes a dining table that can also be used as a laptop workspace. A sliding window gives access to the covered veranda with table and sea view over the Gulf of Cugnana and the surrounding greenery. From the living room, a hallway leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the bathroom is equipped with a shower. Near the entrance, there is a reed-covered area with a reserved parking spot. Access to the pool and tennis court is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex. POOL OPENING - mid-June to mid-September.
