Nice place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa 21. Robert the owner was very friendly and helped us organise a taxi from the airport. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Clean pool towels every day. A shirt stroll down to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is also a taxi boat to Trogir ever 30 minutes. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Robert.

Host Robert was welcoming upon arrival. We arrived close to midnight and he kindly waited for us to check in. He even re-arranged some furniture for the baby cot. He mentioned that after couple of days we’ll be the only people staying in villa which was great. Next day we have discovered some tiny ants in kitchen area. We managed to figure out where they are coming from and blocked the gap with piece of tissue but they kept coming. We have always cleaned tops after every meal and put all food away in cupboards but they just kept coming. It wasn’t a big issue as we were hardly in the apartment but surely not pleasant. Robert mentioned that he provides fresh towels for pool area every morning but sadly this was not the case and we were left with the same pool towels during the whole duration. Some other guests must have spilt some coffee around one of the lounge pool areas and this was left the whole time we stayed. Overall it felt like since we are the last guests left there was no need to clean or check on anything…as mentioned we arrived just after midnight so technically lost all day. Our return flight was late at night 10pm, so we asked Robert if we can keep the apartment until later on. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible withouth half day charge £100. We found this very unpleasant as we were left to spend all day with 5 month old baby with no accommodation base. We have even request an extra one hour or any sort of flexibility but were refused and had to leave.

Highly rated. This property is in a great central location 200 yards from the beach and local shops, yet very peaceful. Newly built to a very very high standard, and is well maintained by very attentive owners. Nothing is too much trouble (Robert the owner even transferred us back to the airport) we loved the little touches and furnishings that really showed a drive to achieve a 5 star experience with great attention to detail, The whole area including the swimming pool was always spotlessly clean. 2 Clean towels on each of the luxury sunbeds everyday along with clean towels and tea towels in the apartment daily. The complimentary supplies including toiletries, fruit, fruit juice, water and wine were very welcoming and homely. This appartment complex is a must to go to.

Herlig opphold i flott leilighet.

Flott opplevelse å bo på dette stedet. Nærme strand, butikker etc. Vertskapet var veldig hyggelig og flotte leiligheter med delikat interiør. Leiligheten vår hadde fin utsikt og vi skal helt sikker bruke dette neste gang vi drar også. Villa 21 og 23 er begge samme eier og flott sted.
Koselig lite leilighetsanlegg med fint basseng.
