The holiday home is located just 50 metres from the sea in Saldun Bay, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, fruit and olive trees, and a large lawn area, ideal for children to play. Free parking is available directly at the house.
Apartment 1A is ideally suited for couples or small families and offers space for up to three people. On 26 m² of living space, you will find a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed, LCD-SAT-TV, air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooker, microwave, coffee machine as well as iron and ironing board. The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The covered terrace (7 m²) invites you to have breakfast or dinner outdoors.
