This exclusive penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor offers spacious living space of 150 m² for up to seven people. The holiday apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a dining area. Air conditioning, SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and an iron are included. A baby bed can be provided upon request.



The west-facing terrace offers sea view, awning, table and chairs for six people as well as a clothes horse. Parking spaces for two vehicles are located directly at the property. Pets are not allowed.
