Extra spacious 92m2 modern 2 bedroom apartment with swimming pool, large sun terrace and panoramic sea views over Mavarstica Bay, Solta, Brac, Hvar and mountains beyond.
Only 300m from crystal clear sea, coastal paths and inland walks. Ideal activity holiday destination for hiking, biking, paddleboarding, kayaking, diving, snorkeling and beach holidays.
A paddleboard (great fun for all ages) and two bikes are included in the rental and also two kayaks (one single and a two person kayak, see photos).
The apartment is in an excellent location on the south side of Ciovo Island overlooking Mavarstica Bay and the islands of Solta, Brac, Hvar and mountains of the southern mainland - from Makarska to Dubrovnik and beyond.
The views from the spacious balcony are 180 degrees uninterrupted â you can watch the sun rise from the east (over Split) to sunset in the west (behind Trogir).
In addition, you have views to the side of the apartment over green hills and forestry â directly from the kitchen/lounge area and the master bedroom balcony. There are walking/hiking/biking tracks easily accessible from the rear of the apartment â they cover much of the island and provide great views over inlets and off shore coastal islands.
A great round trip (by foot or bike) is to take the hiking/biking tracks from Zedno to the eastern end of the island (to the old monastery) and spectacular scenes from the lighthouse towards Split, sailing boats dotting the horizon.
There are restaurants nearby (Mavarstica beach 5 minutes) and along the coast to Okrug Donji central (bakery, post office, church etc) â about 10 minutes walk. From there you are only 10 minutes walk to the main sandy beach of Copacobana and the ferry schuttle to Trogir (20 minutes, 20KN).
The Trogir Diving Centre is located just 300m away and is an excellent centre for both beginner and experienced divers.
Whether on season or off season, for hiking, biking and kayaking on crystal blue seas, from sunny beaches to rocky coves, you are spoiled for choice.

Beau séjour.
Appartement tres bien situé, les deux salles de bains sont un vrai plus en famille.
Kayaks, vélos a dispo ainsi que tout le nécessaire de plage.
Seul bémol, des appareils électroménagé un peu vétuste (plaque de cuisson, cafetiere,télé) ainsi qu'une wifi absente.

Prima appartement met mooi uitzicht
Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.
Door de rolluiken was het appartement goed koel te houden en donker te maken. Airco was een prettige toevoeging.
Wifi was goed, vooral 's morgens vroeg, naarmate het later werd en er steeds meer mensen gebruik van internet gingen maken in de omgeving, werd deze steeds slechter tot soms zelfs onbruikbaar.
Omgeving aan de ene kant rustig aan de andere kant daardoor zo afgelegen dat je wat meer moeite moest doen om ergens te komen (afhankelijk van taxi/autohuur).
Appartement ligt vrij hoog gelegen, waardoor je over veel stijle hellingen moest. Heen en weer naar het dichtstbijzijnde strand is daardoor een pittige wandeling, zeker als je een of meerdere kano's meeneemt die bij het appartement horen.
Verhuurder was zeer snel met zijn communicatie en erg behulpzaam.
Al met al een prima verblijf gehad.

Mieux que prévu
On a adorĂ© lâendroit et la vue depuis la terrasse oĂč lâon prenait petit dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner.
On a bien apprĂ©ciĂ© les petites criques qui rĂ©pondent Ă tous les goĂ»ts selon que lâon aime la tranquillitĂ©, faire des plongeons, profiter dâune chaude et limpide.
Ă deux pas de lâaĂ©roport on ne sâattendait pas Ă ĂȘtre aussi bien.
Sean le propriĂ©taire a bien fait les choses en proposant canoĂ« et pas dâle, et en Ă©tant trĂšs Ă lâĂ©coute malgrĂ© la distance.

Great place beyond expectation
This appartement was better than we expected, large, clean and fantastic view. The host was very nice and friendly provided us with advices and we could borrow kayaks.
The area of Okrug was authentic and not so touristic.
We would return to this area and apartment again if we had a chance.

Balkongvy som överskrider den vildaste fantasin.
Fin och mycket trevlig lÀgenhet, komplett kök med riktig spis, ugn, mikro, kylskÄp /frys samt diskmaskin.
Balkong med en utsikt över byn, havet och bergen Àr obeskrivligt vackert.
LÀget Àr mycket lugnt.
Det Àr ca 10 minuters promenad till nÀrmaste livsmedelsaffÀr och eftersom lÀgenhetens lÀge Àr pÄ en höjd sÄ Àr det en ganska kuperad promenadvÀg. Restaurangerna i hamnen och fÀrjan till Trogir Àr cirka 5 minuters ytterligare promenad. FÀrjeturen till Trogir tar ca 15 minuter och man hamnar precis vid gamla stan.
VÀgen till nÀrmaste strand, dÀr det Àven finns en snabbmatsrestaurang Àr ca 5 minuter.
I omedelbar anslutning till lÀgenhetens swimmingpool finns ocksÄ en liten restaurang.
Vi trivdes ypperligt, bÄde med lÀgenheten och omgivningen, vackrare Àn sÄ kan man knappast bo.
