Wonderful Staff!!

We were in OKC for a family emergency. Started out with 2 nights, extended another 2 nights, then finally a 5th night. Everyone was very helpful in facilitating the extension. The staff was wonderful!!! To be honest, they were the bright spot of our visit.The hot tub felt excellent after all day at the hospital. I would go back due to the staff anyday!!

I would stay here again - though it seemed like they either did a great job or totally missed, ie the bed/linens/towels/washcloths were all great and comfortable and plenty for our stay, but the tv remote did work for the tv so it had to manually turned off and on as well as manually adjust the volume.

When checked into hotel the AC did not work. Asked to be moved aftervthe electrician said it was not working. Finally after 2 hours we were moved to another room where AC still didnt work. Also charged forca safe that didnt work. Very disappointed with the service we received. They acted like it was our fault about AC and safe. Poor customer service. Will never stay here again.
