Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Norman. With 1 king bed in the master with a tilt out tv with Roku, 1 queen bed in the second room, treehouse style bunk beds with a trundle, and convertible chair/twin in the third bedroom, you will find the sleeping arrangements comfortable. A queen sized air mattress and full size mattress are tucked away for extra guests. There are extra blankets, sheets, and throws throughout the house. The house also features 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, another with a jetted bathtub/ shower combo, and provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. An enclosed private patio/ rock garden with umbrella, bug zapper/ light, chiminea, hibachi, and plenty of seating for guests to enjoy completes the outdoor space. The main living space boasts a convertible bumper pool/poker table complete with pool balls, cues, poker chips and cards. Numerous games and books for any taste can be found in the cabinets. Smart locks, swing bar locks and dead bolts are installed for the safety of guests. Smoke alarms are installed in all sleeping and main rooms and carbon monoxide sensor can be found in the main living space. Washer and dryer are on site. The kitchen is fully appointed. Plenty of dishes, flatware, and utensils are available for any cooking guests may choose to do. The trash containers and many other cabinets are pull out style. The library is full of books of all kinds. The children’s area has a variety of toys and games to keep them amused, the tree house style bunk beds are sure to captivate them. A pet door opens to the enclosed patio and the neighbors are pet friendly. The living room is comfortable and cozy with a smart tv and warm, inviting lighting.
