Charming 2 bedroom 1 bath 1 car garage located in the Village Replat addition just outside of Nichols Hills. Very close to Lake Hefner, parks, bike trails and recreation facilities. The home was newly painted with vinyl laminate wood floors. The cottage style home comes fully furnished with all the amenities. Two queen sized beds with linens. There is dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven. The kitchen is stocked and ready for any cook.
