The staff were very friendly and the room was neat and luxurious. The parking fee is a little expensive. You can choose between Western and Japanese breakfast, and you can have it for lunch. (The Western lunch is great.) Make sure to book a hotel with breakfast included! The swimming pool is small, but the landscape is very beautiful and quiet.

We had difficulty locating the main hotel entrance. With GPS direction, we parked at the ballroom entrance but there was no signage directing us to the lobby check in area. We spent almost 30 minutes in the dark with no signage or staff assistance.

After a lot of research I finally chose the Naha Terrace for our first trip to Okinawa - without a car. And Iโ€™m so glad I did - we had a wonderful stay! The hotel is grand and luxurious and elegant. Our king room was huge, very comfortable and had more amenities than you can imagine. We enjoyed spectacular meal at the hotelโ€™s Teppanyaki restaurant and spent an afternoon by the lovely pool. There is a mall with a supermarket and a few restaurants just a few blocks away. We walked to the sites in Naha and took bus and monorail, both not too far away. One day we took the hotelโ€™s free shuttle to their resort at Buseno and that was amazing too (beautiful beach, lovely hotel). The best part was the service - just so helpful and kind and friendly. This is a fantastic place. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxe stay (and in USD it was very reasonably priced).

NAHA TERAACE is a hotel where you can enjoy a very mature atmosphere. The facilities are not up-to-date, but they are very elegant and give you a sense of time and space. The hotel is a bit far from downtown, but this is not a problem if you are traveling by rental car or cab. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing vacation in Okinawa.
