All the staffs they were on top their game very thoughtful, polite manner & helpful I’ll diffinetly go back especially knowing type of the service I’ll be receiving wich is very = Satisfactory !!!
The entire stay was really nice. However, there was no AC so we sweat all day and night while in the room. Other than that it was perfect.
Overall clean and nice room as expected from pictures online. We booked the "Relax Twin Room" which is very nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Buffet (combined Japanese & Western) breakfast included every morning. There is also a convenience shop, a game center, and a public bath on 1/F for guests to enjoy!
