快適で良いコンドミニアムでした

家族で利用しました。 部屋も綺麗でした。いわゆる広いワンルームに二段ベッドが二つとダーツマシンが置いてありました。 タブレットと、PCモニターと、大画面テレビが設置されており、子供も好きなYoutubeなど見れてよかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機も完備されて、洗剤もあったので毎日洗濯できて快適です。風呂はワンルームサイズでかなり狭いですが我慢はできます。バストイレですが、ウォシュレットはありません。 掃除機があって自分で掃除機をかけてました。パワーが若干弱めですがないよりはマシです。 キッチンはIHコンロ二口あり、鍋やフライパンもあって簡単な料理もやってました。食器が若干惜しい！ご飯や味噌汁入れるお椀類がないのが残念。平皿しかないのでお椀類が欲しい。 電気ケトルも便利です。 残念な点としては、カフェテーブルしかなくって、おしゃれだけど食べるのに狭くって、折り畳みでも良いので座卓が欲しい。最終的に、レジャーシートを敷いて、段ボールを座卓がわりにして地べたで食事する状態でした。 ソファなどもあると良いなと思いました。改善を期待してます。 駐車場はもともとないと書いてあったので仕方ありませんが、マンションの下には二台程度止められそうなので、一泊500円くらいの有料で良いので、使えるようにして欲しかった。 周辺では、一泊500-660円程度でコインパーキングがあります。(ただし目の前の道路は歩行者専用になっているので居住者以外は入れないのかもしれません) マクドナルドが目の前にあるので、食べるのはあまり困りません。スーパーも徒歩圏内にあります。やちむん通りも目の前で焼き物の買い物も容易です。 最後に部屋では、二段ベッドの上段では空調の効きが悪く、寝苦しいが、下段は寒いというのがあったので扇風機かサーキュレーターが必要かなと思います。 総じて良いコンドミニアムです。
