Entire 3 bedroom / 1 bath home is all yours. Parking for two vehicles in the front and boat slip for one, possibly two small boats in the back. Gated & fenced pet friendly front yard (please clean up after your pets!). Very functional fish cleaning house off your dock.



Housecleaning available at frequency of your choosing for additional fee if requested.

Two assigned parking spaces clearly marked Cabin. Please do not park in the spaces marked cottage.



There is a detached 1 bedroom cottage on the property that shares the fish cleaning station and washer/dryer.
