Front staff was very accommodating but room lacked in cleanliness. Found lipstick, makeup bag, socks, and gloves under the bed. Hallway was dark, carpet worn and some trash.
Very rude employee ! Gave our room away . Even when I had called in the afternoon that we would be very late there . No elevator in building . Apparently I should had told them that I’m handicapped so I could stay on the lower floor . Which would made no difference since they gave our room away . So here we are at 2 am in the morning with two small children and no place to sleep

In the range of cheap to expensive, and clean to not clean, this one was a good balance. Maybe the best value of our whole trip. There was even a workout room. Breakfast included granola which was a nice touch. Good condition. Lots of rooms. Looks like it once had a restaurant and banquet hall
The check-in was easy, the room was ready and clean. The bed comfortable. The only thing a bit off was the breakfast...the juices were watery other than that, it was a nice stay.

Dont know why its rated 3 stars, but it felt more like a two star. Decent facilities only. There is a Chinese+Mexican restaurant next to it and they deliver to you room. Had some problem with Wifi , but the reception told its related to wildfire happening in the area.
This family run hotel is clean neat and good value for a night on the road. Breakfast is included and well stocked. We did need to drive into town for dinner as the restaurant next door was closed. The owner was very pleasant and fellow travelers made interesting conversation
Last booking for Labour Day weekend! Most of other hotels close to Chelan were charging few time more than we paid for this one. Older hotel but overall decent.
WAS A STOP OVER ON MY WAY BACK HOME FROM BC...HARD TO GET INTO BECAUSE OF ALL THE CONSTRUCTION
The room was clean and bed comfortable; limited amenities and below average breakfast. If you want to be near a casino, this is the place to be.
Staff helpful. Stayed on lower floor, no updating. really need new towels! Felt like car rags on your skin. Bed was VERY comfortable. Loud music from bar at night. It is the best you can do for area if you don't get Peppertree.
