the weather was hot on 3 Apr, however the air condition only was managed centrally with warm air, the staff at counter answered me I only can open the window. The hotel should be careful about such situations.

Comfortable stay

Chose this hotel because of onsen and I really enjoyed it. Japanese style room was comfortable, clean and the Japanese breakfast was very good. It's location is not very near to JR Yufuin station, but it's quite easy to walk to the main street & JR Yufuin station. Easy to park at the hotel and driving to Lake Kinrinko was near too.

I arrived a bit late but they welcomed me so warmly. The room was clean and Futon was so soft that I skept within minutes. Highly recommend the hotel.

職員有禮貌，就算英文水平不太好，但還是努力用簡單英文為我介紹每樣食物，值得贊賞，還有接待處人員英文水平很好！ 酒店有些舊，但環境清潔，不過廁所有味道，需要噴一下清新劑，每次沖廁所聲音很大，其他樓層沖廁聲也聽到，應該是舊式設計的問題。 膳食實在是太好了，食物十分充足及美味！

Clean room however awful meals

Nice environment, also good pick up service. Meals are rather disappointing! Dinner is not as excellent as a large scale hotels it should have been; breakfast is rather simple, pretty much like i could get it at fast food restaurant, at much lower price.

disappointing meals

Clean room and quiet environment, but awful meals. We stayed 2 nights including breakfast and dinner, because my husband is allergic to seafood so i asked to change it to meat, but disappointingly it is VEGETARIAN! the meal is definitely not worth the price! during the meal, the service person also told us they do not have enough material so they served the seafood still... the worse staying experience i ever had..
