The hot spring experience were great but most of the equipment such as shower used in there are not in perfect condition. Some are out of order. The policy about cleaning is a little bit troublesome since my father have an allergy from dust. *The policy about cleaning is eco-cleaning type (clear the bin everyday but clean the beds and floors every 3 days)

Liked - Clean room with 4 pillows. Fast wifi. Strong hot shower pressure. Cool aircon. Rooftop outdoor onsen. Good location on top of JR station and malls. Luggage rack. To improve - Window cannot be opened for cool fresh autumn air. No hook in bathroom to hang clothes or towel. TV no YouTube or Netflix. Reusable slippers not as hygienic as disposable slippers.

The rooftop spa is absolutely marvelous. The hotel is just next to Oita station. Downstairs is the AMU department store that contains shops, cinema, game centre and dining selections. Will come again.

The room is rather spacious for a Japanese hotel and was very clean. The beds and pillows are especially comfortable and we had very good sleep for the 2 nights we stayed. Shower was fantastic as the bathroom was spacious and water pressure was fabulous. The service was great. Requested for iron and it was promptly sent to the room. Location was top notch since it is just next to the main train station in Oita. Would have given a 5 stars if the room is more updated. But that's me nit picking.

The room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. There was a charging cable provided. The spa was excellent - well maintained, large, hot pools on two floors including the rooftop Onsen which was enjoyable. Nice toiletries at the spa. Enjoyed the mushroom tea from the lobby. Very close to Oita Station, take lift to level 8 to hotel lobby. Food easily accessible at Amu Plaza.
