Please leave the house keys and the back gate remote in the dish next to the pelican statue near the front door. We will need you to unplug any appliances used in the kitchen.
Turn off all lights, fans, and AC system. You will use the Yale lock system to lock the door when leaving the townhouse. Close door, press the Yale logo, and the door will lock.
Please take pictures of the property for your records. The property manager will then come and evaluate the property. We will contact you if there are any damages within 24 hours.

Exactly As Advertised

This cozy townhome was absolutely gorgeous and was exactly as advertised on the portal. This owner definitely put time into making sure they thought of everything a person staying there would need because it had everything! It was comfortable throughout, beautifully decorated and a plus being the end unit. It sits in a community that you can tell is under redevelopment and the other homes appear to be older, but very nice and even a neighbor came over and introduced himself which I thought was a pleasant surprise and very welcoming. If you want a very modern, bright, relaxing, spacious and well-managed property, this is certainly the place for you. It is close to everything within driving distance and within walking distance down to the beach on the east side. I was very impressed with the townhouse and would stay there more times over. Definitely one that ranks real high on my choices of places to stay in Barbados.
