Very good hotel. I hope to play golf the next time I stay! Service was exceptional. Our event arrangements were perfect and all of the little details taken care of. We will definitely arrange future events at this hotel.
The hotel was very comfortably but the bar and taxi service were very expensive. Overpriced for what it is generally. Breakfast was excellent but it should be for €24. Reception staff were excellent. Probably wouldn't reccomend by the reason is expensive is the limited amout od hotels in th earea. Use Uber to get to and from Chantilly 1/4 of the price of the hotel taxi.
My husband booked a room for 2 days there was somme issues with it , we try to talk to a person in the reservation service the Saturday 2 September and a young women answered told us that it was our fault with a nasty tone and she even became disrespectful .When we asked to talk to her superior she literally hang up on us !never again in this hotel
We returned for The Prix De L'Arc horse race and stayed in Dolce Chantilly again for the weekend. The hotel had laid on transport by minibus to the Hippodrome and it was free. Two excellent drivers left at regular intervals and no request from demanding customers was too much. They stopped at restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the old wine shop and never a quibble. We had one meal in the golf part of the hotel Le Swing. It was amazing. From memory it was either Beef Helsinki or Helsinki Beef but this was slow cooking of the finest order. The big race goes back to Longchamps next year but i'm sure we'll find an excuse to visit Dolce Chantilly.
Spent three nights at this hotel in September. Large modern style decor and furnishings. Staff very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English (miles better than any French I can attempt). We were upgraded on our arrival and the room was excellent. En-suite was lovely and the Temple Spa smellies were very much appreciated. The pool and gym were clean and well set out. Used these facilities early evening and the area was very quiet. Lots of selection from the buffet breakfast and the evening meals were excellent. Wine was very expensive so we stayed with the local beer. It is a golf and conference centred hotel but this did not impact on our short break. If you check out to see if the local Polo Club has a match on it is worth a walk along to the Chantilly Club to watch, it is free!!
Hotel was too far out for us with very expensive taxis the only route to leave . Overall the service at reception was only ok . . The room maids were really nice. Would be unlikely returning visitor. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the service in the hotel
very big and beautiful hotel where you can relax! The breakfast was really good. The only negative thing is that the restaurant was closed. They cooked something else for us so I was grateful. It is worth the money.
The Hotel view is beautiful and room is clean and comfortable, but my husband and I just stayed one night and left next early morning. We are so regrettable. We are disappointed with non refundable policy, trip plans always changeable. We tried to cancel reservation two month before we arrived.
Excellent. I love the people and the location, it was a bit difficult to find at first; but this place is heaven! I will be happy to recommend Dolce Chantilly to anyone who is coming to France and are looking for a place to stay.
Stayed here for a wedding and wow, what a rip off. In the middle of nowhere, so unless you have a car, you are stuck here as the local taxi service/UBER is thin on the ground. The hotel is quite basic and is NOT 4 star. For example, after several conversations with staff, it was confirmed that they didn't have any hair conditioner. But it was ridiculous when they kept assuring me that they did or some staff simply claimed not to know what this concept was. We had major issues w/ noise in our room after 11pm. Despite numerous calls to reception, I had to go downstairs and sort it out myself. All the staff did was approach the room next to us (who we didn't complain about) and tell them to be quiet. Absolute idiots all around. The bar is also very overpriced and the servers in le Swing are very rude and can't handle the lunch service. And yes, I speak French.
