Relaxing stay

Villa Varosh is in an ideal location. Situated in the heart of the old town and close to lots of restaurants and sightseeing. It’s a no frills hotel but perfect for a casual stay with thoughtful touches like the communal kitchen downstairs with coffee making facilities. Our balcony even had a partial view of the lake which was nice.

Exceptional stay: we had a large room with a great balcony facing the lake, where we enjoyed take out dinner with a fantastic view. The villa is in a perfect location, with beautiful views over lake Ohrid, we stayed in room 202 with a balcony over looking the lake. The villa is modern, with a communal area downstairs, with free tea/coffee, fruit and biscuits. The owners are very friendly and helpful, all the sites are within easy walking distance, restaurants a few minutes walk away, we would highly recommend staying at villa Varosh.

First, I would like to start with the people who run this beautiful villa. They are incredibly sweet and hospitable, and blazing fast with their responses whenever I messaged an inquiry. Second of all, location, location, location! It’s just a steps away from the significant UNESCO World Heritage sites. I came here as a single mom traveling with my 6 year old son and felt incredibly safe and lucky I picked this place. I didn’t see a nicer accommodation in this part of old town than Villa Varosh! You won’t regret choosing this place.

Our stay was absolutely flawless from start to finish, and I can't recommend this place highly enough! The service was exceptional, and we particularly appreciated the thoughtful house rules enforcing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This made for a truly peaceful and restful experience. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking tranquility, with the sole exception of groups looking to party late or families whose children might struggle to maintain quiet during these hours. The hosts were incredibly attentive, regularly checking in to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We enjoyed the well-appointed common room, especially the delicious cookies that were a delightful touch. The location is perfectly situated, offering easy access to historical sites and main streets, yet nestled on a quiet side street that ensures a serene environment. The property boasts a beautiful garden, excellent security measures, and our room and beds were incredibly comfortable, complemented by spotless, fresh bathrooms. We also valued the eco-friendly press-button system that allowed us to conveniently choose when our room needed cleaning. Perfect stay in Ohrid

Our room was perfect with everything we needed and all in the right places! So often, there are no hooks to put coats by the door or a mirror where you want it but not here, even the hairdryer was my favourite make - Valera. Wonderful view of the lake, very quiet but only a short walk to great restaurants. Will definitely recommend to friends.
