Ohope is known for its breathtaking beauty, guaranteed to put a smile on your face as soon as you come over the hill from Whakatane and lay your eyes on the vast blue ocean. So, being right on the beachfront offers the best views and backdrop to every minute of your stay!

This contemporary two-storey, four-bedroom Whakatane accommodation has been decorated with natural tones and modern coastal styling, to offer a refined and refreshing beachfront holiday from start to finish.

Upstairs the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area flows seamlessly out onto the sun-drenched balcony, equipped for stunning alfresco dining and BBQ's with a view!

Downstairs also offers a second living area with a second TV to allow for everyone spreading out and finding a good spot to unwind, watching what they want.

This property is just across the road from the white sandy shores of Ohope beach. Spend the day walking along the 11km of sand that stretches from Ohiwa Harbour to the foot of Kohi Point headland. Or maybe you're looking for just a dip to cool off before drying off in the sun while you read a book. The beach is also an ideal spot for kayaking, and wind and kite surfing!

Ohope Golf Club is a quick 6-minute drive away at the other end the peninsula, and Ohope Scenic Reserve or the Wairere Falls are both 13 minutes drive away when you're keen to get out and about to explore.

Property was good, nice view and access to ocean, modern and spacious. A few things that could be improved though -have an information booklet with WiFi password and other instructions, I had to ring to get the WiFi password, which took an hour to provide -downstairs tv wasn't initially working, had to hard reboot the sky box a couple to times -sky box for the upstairs tv is in the hall cupboard! Meaning have to go to the hallway to change channels -no pepper or cooking oil or corkscrew, just an fyi for others -one of the bunk beds had no linen, even though I had asked that 2 of them be made up Overall an ok stay, but I probably wouldn't book here again.
