exclusive new building in 2019 on Lake Constance, very private in the countryside, cool in summer

Exclusive apartment as a detached house in the development area and in the outskirts. The passive house, in which the apartment is located, was completed in August 2019.

The equipment was bought completely new:
Furniture, fridge, stove, dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee maker, washer / dryer, dishes, pots, pans, beds, mattresses, covers, towels, etc.

Very good privacy and beautiful view of nature.

We have a child ourselves, children are welcome!
For a toddler (five people possible) we also have a cot etc.

730m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The modern Öhninger beach is only a few meters more. In the evening you only hear the crickets chirping, only rarely does a car pass by.

The passive house generates its own electricity and its own hot water with the help of solar cells. Only on rainy days do we have to buy electricity from the grid.

You will have your own privacy. You are completely separate from the other households and have your own private area. The terrace is practically secluded. Neighbors also have no view of your patio - you are right by the nature.


Cooling:
As a passive house it has an exceptionally good thermal insulation, which ensures that not only in winter the cold but also in summer the heat remains outside.

The windows have heat protection glazing.

The walls and ceilings are gently cooled by built-in ventilation.
Therefore very pleasant climate without the disadvantages of a typical air conditioning. Totally noiseless, no breeze and no unhealthy air.
