The approximately 60 m² holiday apartment "Auszeit-Matzi" is located in Öhningen on the idyllic Höri peninsula and offers space for two guests. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a bright living room with dining area and kitchen, as well as a spacious bathroom. Amenities include a modern, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and radio. In your own garden area with a cozy seating area and barbecue, you can spend relaxing hours – a perfect retreat in a quiet location with views towards Switzerland. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and combines fresh comfort with homely coziness.



A parking space directly at the house and a shared bicycle storage room are available. Public transport can be easily reached on foot. Please note: Events are not permitted, smoking is prohibited inside the building, but allowed on the property.



The location is ideal: You are only 250 meters from the village center, and after a short one-kilometer walk you reach Lake Constance. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, or enjoy water sports on the Rhine – whether with SUP, inflatable boat, or kayak.
