Luxury Cabin with Hot Tub Spa adjacent to 16,000 Acres of Gamelands

Luxury Cabin with Hot Tub Spa adjacent to 16,000 Acres of Gamelands

4/5 Good
"This is a lovely comfortable cabin located in the Laurel Highlands of Pa near the town of Ohiopyle and Frank Lloyd Wright's Kentuck Knob. It is a rural location with a few houses along the road to the cabin, with a nice wooded backyard area. There are state gamelands with hunting nearby, but not on the cabin property. The rental company has another cabin just down the hill from this cabin. It is a pet friendly property and our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The only negative is the lot right next door to this cabin is being developed by one of the rental company property managers and so there were some noise issues during our stay, in an area where we expected complete peace and quiet. Several days were marred by the sounds of loud sawing of heavy timber/trees on the property and tractors raking out and leveling the dirt on the lot. If not for this, the stay would have been perfect and in line with our expectations."
