Stay was good. Air conditioner needed to be replaced since it was a bit loud and not too efficient. Breakfast was continental nothing fancy just average. Room, pool and grounds were neat and great location to everything in Wellls and close to York and Ogunquit Maine . Quiet family oriented hotel, we would stay here again for sure ! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I paid over $300 for a night in this place. It was ordinary. Very ordinary. There was no deadbolt on the door, and the lock on the door worked only if you locked it from the inside. Our neighbors banged on the wall. We weren’t making much noise. I don’t know why they did this. The breakfast was as depicted in the photos. This would have been okay for half the price, but not for what we paid.

We stayed one night between Boothbay Harbor and Boston in a family suite. We really loved the water pressure in the shower, and thankfully having the sink separated from shower was good for a group. The beds were comfy and the breakfast amenities were good. The location is pretty cool and the BBQ stuff they have for loaner use is a really nice touch. I see why they were rated top stay in trip advisor !!
