Nasty motel, nasty staff

The staff and hotel are ghetto, the rooms are dirty. Everybody there is drunk all day and harass the guests at night that is the first motel/hotel that I’ve ever been to that. I see staff clean while drunken and drugging and then sit outside all day with beer, cans, liquor bottles, and make noise till empty hours of night. The sheets are dirty. The towels are filthy. You cannot take a shower and use the towels and overall, there was no professional there to offer any courtesy or any professionalism if you don’t want to lose your money and be upset and be dirty and not have a comfortable bed to sleep in or a good bathroom to bathe then then go there if you want to feel like you are staying somewhere decent find somewhere decent the staff verbatim Lee told me that it was not a five star hotel and trust me it’s not even a half a star

For an inexpensive room it was good . Except fot the mattress. It is very uncomfortable. Our neighbor in the next room has a terrible smokers cough and a steady stream of male visitor that leave the trucks running and talk loud. The plus side is we learned all the juicy gossip about Wells, ME lol.

Pool was locked, staff staying in a room a few doors down were smoking pot causing the whole area to smell, the rooms were tiny barely enough room to sit on the toliet, most staff would ignore when trying to get their attention.

Very clean and check in was great. It's a motel. No frills. We had a family cottage. It was 2 rooms; queen bed in one and bunk bed and twin in the other. The door knob to get in is very wobbly, not secure. There are only a couple of oulets. Had to plug phone in bathroom outlet, and had to leave the light on for power. No TV in the 'kids' bedroom. No sitting area, so we had to just all sit on the bed to watch TV. Not very comfortable. If you want a place just to sleep, it is fantastic! If youre going to spend any time in the room, I would book a different place.

I loves the staff and service! The rooms are just out dated but it's not bad. I wish there were more places to plug stuff into the outlets in the room were all used by stuff in the room being the building is just older. Room was clean just noisy weather the walls are thin or just older building. Noise doesn't bother me but I know some people can't stand it.

The pool was very nice. There were charcoal grill on the grounds should you want to cook. The room had issues. The A/C was improperly installed, allowing the window to be left open, letting in bugs, outside air and noise. There is no smoking around the place, however that didn't stop smokers from smoking cigarettes and weed. The room was very dark with only 2 working lights.The bathroom was very small, not much "working room" & no hair dryer. The hooks by the shower for the bath towels was broken. The hot water was very hot! Only 1 available electrical socket to plug into. There was a table in the room, but only one chair. Not much attention to detail, but ok for 1 night, however we were there for 4 nights and would not come back again.

In all my years of traveling this has been the worse motel I’ve ever been. The motel and the property looked very unkept. The room was so run down and incredibly dirty!!! I had to ask for another room as the first room the AC filter was black and was hardly working. We had bugs crawling on the carpet and multiple pubic hairs left in the shower. As I was complaining at the office another woman came in to complain that she had just checked in and her room looked like it was never cleaned. The second room was somewhat better but still dirty. The door to the room was barely able to open and close it felt very unsafe. It was also hard to find a parking spot at night. The pool was the only thing we enjoyed it was actually nice but there’s no towel you can use.

Room 18 needs a curtain or blind in the bathroom window. It made me feel unsafe so I put a towel on it to cover it up. I felt it was very tacky and weird there was a window rod but not curtain. Also the lamp on the left side of the bed did not work. Need to fix that.
