First time at the Atrium--liked it a lot and will reserve again. However, being on the first floor next to the pool was a problem--we found the air to be extremely drying to our skin and wondered if this was due to the proximity of the chlorinated pool. Next time we will ask for the Atrium, 2nd floor on the corner with the partial ocean view.

Older dated hotel . The Atrium building need some updates. Hard to use shower mechanisms. Overlooking a parking lot. Noisy hallway. Hard to regulate a/c heat systems. Tiny fridge.

Always such a great time with the family! The pools are great and the room is clean as can be!

The hotel is outdated and for the price it's not the best. It's really just about the location.

The people at the front desk were inviting when we checked in. The bartender was great. However, the hot tub had a substantial amount of hair floating in it. After a few minutes I decided to only keep my feet and legs in the water. If the seeing the balls of hair floating around the tub wasn't bad enough, I woke up the next morning with terrible itchy red bumps all over my body, which I later found out was folliculitis (something that comes from poorly maintained hot tubs). We called the hotel to let them know and received the response: "Huh, no one else has said anything." Very disappointing to say the least.

Could hear people upstairs walking and moving around. Very loud air conditioner. Said queen bed but was actually full size. Grounds were very nice

Awesome staff, the rooms are a little dated otherwise I would of given an overall 5 star.

Wanted a familiar place away from home for a few days midweek near places to walk, experience nature, visit family, do some birding, take some photographs. Location was perfect for us. Everything met our needs completely. Weather was warm for a Maine winter. Wind blowing through door jamb poorly fit and through air-conditioner made us glad that it was not colder. Don't know what that would have been like. Cost was also a factor determining that we would not stay at a nearby location at twice the price. Have stayed here several times in the past. Always pleased.

Pleasant staff but the room was disappointing due to its size.

We came for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We had originally booked a regular room in the main building, but there was an issue with the water. They upgraded us to the ocean luxury suites (the rest of the rooms were booked). The suites were beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. We could hear the ocean waves at night from our room. The facilities were great and we'll maintained. A great experience! We will definitely be back and plan to book in the suites next time.

We always stay at the anchorage our favorite hotel in Maine.
