Very convenient if you have a car, but staff REALLY does not speak any English. That said, they do really try hard to help! Very friendly.

Terrible service. Hotel refused to supply 2 pillows for 2 guests! Only one pillow for 2 people. The hotel asked for an additional 1,500 yen for one “extra” pillow! Also, refused to check in before 4 pm. Most hotels are 3 pm. Waited one hour in lobby after a long drive. Wifi was also spotty in lobby. And lots of noise from staff in lobby. Also, the hotel charges for parking. Every other hotel in this region gives free parking.

部屋も大浴場もとても綺麗でした。 3連休の最終日だったせいか近所の飲食店がお休みのところが多く探し回りました。 朝食会場はお盆やカトラリーは皆が取るのでその後はパン系の食べ物が並んでましたが、ご飯系はその向かい側にありました。パン系よりご飯系を食べたい人も取り敢えずパン系に並んでいたので並ばざるを得ない状況でした。お盆やカトラリーの場所は真中にしてどちらにも行ける方法が良いのでは！
