Le Clos Marie-Louise is a house dating from the end of the 18th century, which has been completely renovated. This cottage entirely at your disposal is located in a very quiet and residential area and a few steps from the town center with all shops.
Located in Offranville, a peaceful village, with its church with its twisted bell tower and its thousand-year-old IF, its pretty floral park where you can discover a rose that bears the name of the town, its typical dovecotes, as well as a museum dedicated to Mr. Jacques Emile Blanche (painter)
You will reach it by an electric gate giving on large site for the parking of your vehicle.
It is composed on the ground floor
a living room with a cathedral roof,
a living room,
a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
comfort,
heating by pellet stove,
a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom (sink, shower) with cupboards and washing machine.
Upstairs a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed.
It also has a flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
